Experience a novel way to read the Bible

I began this journey because I didn't really understand the Bible and cherry-picking verses has never worked very well for me. I could read what some call the Old Testament, and recognize familiar stories, people, and passages, but all too quickly I lost where I was and why. Honestly, I felt no connection and thought of it as, well... "Old."

I don't do well with pre-determined studies, commentaries, and every tradition seems to add their own special interpretations. My own way of learning has always been visual and through storytelling. I had never taken the time to explore and understand the foundations on my own and I wanted to experience the Bible the way I experience life.

People and events that seemed distant became remarkably real and relatable.

The messages of the prophets became voices speaking into real life circumstances I could finally understand and affirm, rather than simply isolated quotes on wall art and coffee mugs.

Unmistakable Patterns Emerged

Details that were a challenge to see before became increasingly difficult to miss. Most of all, the relentless pursuit of God shone through.

That is why these books exist. They are not a new revelation, and they are not standard translation. The Hebrew Text is the foundation. But for people like me—people who have wanted to read through the Bible and actually understand it—this is meant to be a genuine way to make that journey.
